LeaderSpark Mini Workshops
Our Mini-Workshops work for any type of audience.
They run from 2 to 4 hours long and each is customized to meet the needs, interest and focus of the organization.
These mini-workshops are a great way to experience what LeaderSpark has to offer in a personalized, concise and interactive format. Each mini-workshop is dedicated to gaining knowledge, skills and self-confidence.

We begin with an individual self-assessment and then move onto interactive discussions to understand both inter-personal and organizational leadership qualities.

Using interactive activities, we will teach you how to build teams that strengthen cooperation and mutual support. This is a great workshop for anybody who wants to be more effective in creating positive group dynamics.

This skill building workshop focuses on recognizing symptoms of bullying and the roles of the bully, victim and bystander. It provides young people the power and strategies to positively affect bullying situations.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn and practice techniques that will help you deal with conflict effectively. A problem solving tool is taught to provide the opportunity for the participants to practice dealing with conflict situations constructively.

Learn how to create engaging and effective presentations and/or write an attention grabbing speech. We encourage participants to bring a topic or subject for an upcoming presentation and we will help you prepare.


Learn how to increase group participation through coaching and facilitation skills. Understand and develop the necessary skills to encourage positive group dynamics and provide an environment where everyone feels included.
Learn what it takes to create a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable, Timely) goal and how to develop action plans to provide roadmaps for success in implementing your project or objective.


Preparation is the key to a successful job or college interview. Learn effective preparation skills along with interviewing techniques that will set you apart from other candidates.
Inter-personal conflict can be difficult in any situation, but is particularly difficult when it happens on the job. You will learn and practice problem solving techniques to strengthen your own communication effectiveness and ensure a professional approach to conflict in the workplace.

Understanding “active listening” skills to become a better communicator in any situation. We will learn this and other techniques to strengthen our ability to work effectively with others.
